In accordance with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and to promote the safety and wellbeing of our community during this time of COVID-19 concern, Bethel University employees are primarily working remotely, and therefore are not available for in person appointments.

We are unable to answer phone calls. If you leave a voicemail, a staff member will listen and respond within one week. It is best if you email your questions to our office and the question will be routed to a financial aid counselor. If you wish, you may also meet with financial aid staff via Google Hangouts.

We still recommend submitting required documents via our secure upload tool. Please understand there will be at least a one week delay in processing paper documents.
