My Role At Bethel

I am an assistant strength and conditioning coach to our head strength and conditioning coach Rick Meyer. I work with virtually all of the athletic teams here at Bethel facilitating their workouts on a weekly basis throughout the school year. I help maintain our online resource for workouts called TeamBuildr, which allows our athletes to use our workouts virtually anywhere.

Why You’d Contact Me

You can contact me about anything. If I don’t know the answer, I will help you find it!

Reasons I Love My Job

I thoroughly enjoy working with the students and athletes here at Bethel University. You are all so grateful, and I love to see your progress in the area of both your physical conditioning and your spiritual conditioning.

Hometown

I have been a resident of Foley, Minnesota, since 1982! I attended college at Winona State, went to high school in the suburbs of Chicago, and was a little kid from Ohio!

Degree

I have degrees in both physical education and in school and community health from Winona State University. I obtained my master’s degree in physical education at St. Cloud State University.

In My Free Time

I love to walk or ride bike with my wife, Sue. I also enjoy road biking on my own. If I have some more free time, you will probably find me in the local gym.
