We're excited that you're interested in the post-baccalaureate nursing program at Bethel University. If you have questions about any requirements, contact our admissions team.

Here's how you apply:

Step 1 - Check application requirements and prerequisites

You’ll need to meet these requirements:

  • GPA of 2.85 or higher with cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on all prerequisite courses
  • Have earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited (or internationally recognized as equivalent) institution
  • Anatomy (4 credit including lab, with a grade of C or higher)
  • General Chemistry (4 credit including lab, with a grade of C or higher)
  • Physiology (4 credit including lab, with a grade of C or higher)
  • Microbiology (4 credit including lab, with a grade of C or higher)
  • Nutrition (3 credits, with a grade of C or higher)
  • Lifespan / Developmental Psychology (2-3 credit, with a grade of C or higher)
  • Pathophysiology (3 credits, with a grade of B- or higher)

Step 2 - Apply

Summer 2024 cohort:

  • For early admission consideration, submit your application by October 1, 2023. 
  • For regular admission consideration, submit your application by January 15, 2024. 
  • Applicants who submit an application after January 15 will be considered on a space available basis.

Fall 2024 cohort:

  • For early admission consideration, submit your application by January 15, 2024. 
  • For regular admission consideration, submit your application by May 15, 2024. 
  • Applicants who submit an application after May 15 will be considered on a space available basis.

Step 4 - Complete enrollment requirements

After you've been accepted to the program, you will need to complete a few additional program requirements before you start class. Your program director will follow up if there's anything we need from you.
