Here are important financial aid dates and deadlines for the 2026-2027 academic year:

September 25, 2025

• The 2026-27 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available to file using your 2024 income.

November 30, 2025

• Application deadline for round one of School Social Work Scholarship.

March 31, 2026

• Application deadline for round two of School Social Work Scholarship.

April 1, 2026

• Application deadline for Brace New Student Nursing Scholarship for students starting summer 2026.

April 15, 2026

• Returning Student Scholarship applications due for the 2026-2027 academic year.

May 2026

• Bethel starts preparing/sending financial aid offers for the 2026-2027 academic year for returning students.

July 15, 2026

• Recommended priority deadline to apply for a private student loan for the 2026-2027 academic year.

August 1, 2026

• Application deadline for Brace New Student Nursing Scholarship for students starting fall 2027.

August 17, 2026

• Fall semester classes begin.
• Fall bill due.

December 4, 2026

• Last day to request a federal (direct subsidized, unsubsidized, or parent PLUS) loan for fall 2026.

January 4, 2027

• Spring semester begins.
• Spring semester bill due.

April 9, 2027

• Recommended deadline for spring only private loan applications.

April 15, 2027

• Departmental Scholarship Applications are due for returning students.

May 7, 2027

• Last day to request a federal (direct subsidized, unsubsidized, or parent PLUS) loan for spring 2027.

May 24, 2027

• Summer semester classes begin.
• Summer semester bill due.

June 30, 2027

• Deadline to submit the 2026-2027 FAFSA.
