What I love about Bethel
Even though I'm not a Bethel alum, I've come to genuniely love Bethel. Working closely with donors, alumni, and parents has shown me that this is truly a special community. There is a sense of purpose, kindness, and faith that you can feel the moment you step on campus. Royals have a way of making you feel at home.
Before Bethel
Before joining the advancement team, I lived in Nashville where I studied music business and marketing at Belmont University. Eventually, I found myself working in event operations for the Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena. I loved the pace, the people, and the energy; but over time I felt God gently nudging me back home to Minnesota. Looking back, I can see how each step prepared me for the work I get to do now. I am grateful for the way He brought me exactly where I needed to be.
Favorite way to serve
My favorite way to serve is by investing in people. I find so much joy in encouraging others and walking with them as they step into who God is calling them to be. After losing my dad, I discovered deep fulfillment in coming alongside other young adults in their grief and helping them navigate what that journey looks like with God.
