Our goal for this year is creating conversations that focus on accomplishments and what energizes you in your current role. Therefore, we have redesigned the employee self-evaluation form into a Performance Conversation Guide, adjusted the Performance Review Form, and simplified the rating system. Lastly, the process itself will require fewer signatures as compared to our last performance review process.
Performance Review Training Information
The Office of Human Resources is personally conducting the mandatory Performance Review Training for all staff employees and their supervisors. We are offering eight 45-minute face-to-face sessions from April 27 through May 9. Each session will include a brief informational presentation and time for Q&A. All sessions are identical and open to all staff employees and supervisors. (An online training option will be available on Moodle by May 6.)
Register for a Training Session
You can register for a session, by visiting Blink>Work Life tab>Training channel. Then select “Registration & Complete List of Trainings.” Choose which session you prefer to attend. We will need to track attendance, so registration is essential.
