As part of our ongoing university culture and organizational development work, Human Resources is exploring changes to our current performance conversations program and process. In the coming months, we will be inviting employees to be part of discussing what works well in our current process, brainstorming ways to change it, and launching a revised program and process. Given the importance of involving employees throughout the program development process, performance conversations will take place in the Fall instead of this Spring.
We look forward to engaging in this work with you. Be on the lookout for ways to be involved!
