You may submit 2019 claims for reimbursement from your Health or Dependent Care FSA through March 31st, 2020. Any 2019 claims submitted after March 31st, 2020 will not be approved for reimbursement. To submit claims, access your online ThrivePass login per usual.
The maximum carryover amount from year to year for the Health FSA is $500. There is no carryover for the Dependent Care FSA. If you were enrolled in the Health FSA in 2019 but did not enroll in 2020, the minimum carryover amount is $20. If you were enrolled in both 2019 and 2020, the system will track the balances for both years and automatically transfer funds back and forth as necessary to reimburse you from the appropriate plan year through the claims run-out period.
