These emails distribution lists serve as Bethel University’s main mode of general announcement and faculty discussion across each school and the University.

Faculty Phased Retirement

The Faculty Phased Retirement Plan allows a participating faculty member to move gradually toward retirement by phasing down his/her teaching load over a period of up to three years. It is available to full-time faculty with tenure or nontenure continuing status who have ten or more years of continuous faculty service and who will be at least 62 years of age on August 1 of the year in which the faculty member wants to begin phased retirement.
