The Financial Aid staff are eager to assist you in navigating the financial aid process. We can be found in two locations: our main office on the 5th level of the Anderson Center, and two days a week we have staff available in CC322H at the 3900 campus. Staff not physically present are available for virtual and phone appointments.

Our financial aid counselors are equipped for virtual and phone appointments. This is our primary avenue for financial aid appointments. Visitors needing a face to face meeting should schedule an appointment. 

Call our office 651.638.6241, toll free 800.255.8706, or send an email to finaid@bethel.edu. You may also use our Online Scheduling Tool to schedule an appointment with your financial aid counselor. Please specify if the appointment is to be phone call, virtual meeting, or in-person. We ask that in-person meetings are limited to 20 minutes or less.
