Hall Opening and Closing Dates

Returning student move-in times are:
- 12-4 p.m. on Friday, August 30
- 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, August 31
- 1:30-4 p.m. on Sunday, September 1
- 12-5 p.m. on Monday, September 2

All returning students must check-in and pick up their room keys at the CLC circle.

Returning students who have permission to move-in early (i.e. fall athletes, student leaders, etc.) must follow central check-in processes on their assigned date.
- Roommates of these students are not permitted to move-in early unless they are also approved for early arrival. It is each students’ responsibility to communicate this to their roommates.
- A fine of $50 per day will be charged to anyone who moves in before their assigned date as well as to the student who lets in an unapproved resident.

Residence halls open at noon on Sunday, January 5, 2025. Returning students moving back for the remainder of the year must check-in with RA staff.
January move-outs must be completed by noon on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.

New students: Refer to your Welcome Week move-in schedule for exact move-in dates and times.
All residences close at noon on Saturday, May 24, 2025. Graduating seniors may remain until noon on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
