  1. Who

Students who have lived on campus one year or more.

  2. Priority application deadline

    When?

Apply starting February 8 on your MyHousing page under "Applications and Forms".

Priority application deadline is 10 a.m. on March 3.

Room Draw numbers are assigned to each applicant after the deadline. See the FAQ page to learn how numbers work.

  3. Choose your roommates

    When?

Anytime after you have applied (beginning February 8) through 8 a.m. on March 8.

Full groups get priority in room selection. If you don't have a full group, you'll be able to use Open Groups Connection to connect with other groups looking for roommates.

Important note: The longer a student has lived on campus, the lower their draw number will be. After the roommate deadline, the group number will be averaged based on all matched roommates. Draw times are assigned beginning with the lowest group number.

Check out our FAQ page for answers to many of your room draw questions.

  4. Pick your room during room draw

    When?

Suite-Style Housing Draw (AV, Lissner, Heritage)
    March 8 at 4 p.m.

    How?

Once your selection time becomes active, someone from your group can pick your room by visiting their MYHousing page through MyBethel (click the Housing & Meals link in the Tools & Resources menu).

See the room selection instructions for what to do once you're logged into MyHousing.

    What if I can't fill a room?

The size of your matched group at the deadline is the only size room you will be shown when your Room Draw time is live. You must be able to fill the room. If any roommates are unmatched, they will not be included in the roommate count and size of the room.

Full groups get priority. So if you don't have a full group, you'll have a chance to pick your room after all full groups have selected their rooms. We'll send you an email letting you know when partial groups can pick their rooms.

What are meal plan requirements for each hall?

A meal plan is required for all students with housing in Bodien, Edgren, Getsch, Nelson, Lissner, Arden Village, and Heritage.

A meal plan is optional for students with housing in North Village apartments. These apartments are equipped with full kitchens.
