Arrival for new transfers who are commuting: Enter campus via the west entrance. Park in the West Lot. Check-in at Info Central located on the Brushaber Commons second floor. West parking lot—Proceed to Brushaber Commons (BC) Atrium Level 2 for check-in |

10 a.m.-4 p.m. |
Info Central: Please stop here to get important check-in materials and your ID card. This is also the place to get answers and directions. Your family will check in too!

Welcome picnic: Stop by anytime to enjoy several food stations. Students are covered under their meal plan and families eat free! Community Life Center (CLC) Lawn |

Kickoff Celebration and family farewell: Students, this is your official welcome to Bethel and the final farewell for families! Arrive 15 minutes early to get a good seat. Benson Great Hall (CLC) Level 1 |

8:30-9:30 p.m. |
Commuter/transfer/PSEO hang-out: Meet other students and learn about opportunities to engage in campus life. Kresge Courtyard |

8-11 p.m. |
Target run and Shack open: Stop into your residence hall's Shack space for some fun programming, conversation, and connection with other sophomores and your RA's. Need any last minute supplies for your suite? We will be making a run to Target as well! Connect with your RA for details. |

10:30 a.m.-noon |
Core group meeting and tour: Your core group is your Welcome Week family unit. It includes about 15 other students and is led by upper-class students.
This meeting includes a resource tour. You'll visit all the must-know places on campus. |

Noon-1:30 p.m. |
Core group lunch: If you have a meal plan, swipe your ID card.
On or off campus. If you're eating with your core group, first meet at your core group location at the above time. |
After lunch, please begin to follow the Welcome Week main schedule.
