What is your favorite thing about Bethel?

My favorite thing about Bethel is the teachable atmosphere! No matter who you are talking to, there is an air of curiosity and humility that creates a great learning environment. The people here are working hard to ensure everyone has the opportunity to learn, from the university president to staff members students never meet.

What is your favorite thing about the Twin Cities?

There is so much to do and so many people to meet. The Twin Cities are beautifully diverse, with each part of the metro reflecting unique cultural identities and offering a vibrant mix of entertainment, food, and ministry opportunities.

What did you do before coming to Bethel?

I was completing my master's degree at Wheaton College while also working in the residence life department as a graduate resident advisor. I had the honor of living alongside students—mentoring, discipling, and learning with them. I loved this work because I was able to support student learning by addressing their concerns outside the classroom.
