We will offer excellent, Christ-centered academic programs that transform students to meet the world’s most pressing needs.

To do this, we will develop a comprehensive system to support current and future academic programs by:

• Defining new academic units, leadership structure, and support units
• Designing data and technology to integrate operations and create efficiencies

We will also design and implement a data-informed process for academic program lifecycles by:

• Creating and implementing a model for annual evaluation of all current academic programs
• Implementing processes to evaluate new programs
  
• Growing healthcare programs at the graduate and postbaccalaureate level
