We will continuously build capacity and capability as we steward the resources God has given us so that Bethel flourishes for future generations.

To do this, we will execute a plan to enhance financial stewardship of Bethel's resources by:

• Delivering a balanced and sustained budget
• Ensuring the facilities master plan aligns with strategic priorities
• Creating and executing a fundraising plan that supports the university's strategic priorities
• Creating an economic model that protects the core educational mission and financial viability of the institution while limiting economic burdens on students

We will also drive enrollment growth by:

• Increasing student yield and enrollment rates with an emphasis on historically underrepresented students in Minnesota
• Creating critical areas of marketing focus to drive our number of quality inquiries and applications
• Building and strengthening relationships with key partners
• Increasing affordability through pricing and financial aid strategies

We will also:

• Create relevant and achievable goals which can be measured
• Deliver sustainable improvement of key metrics
