Transcripts and Student Records

Our team is here to help you access your student records and keep them up to date.

Order official electronic and paper versions of your transcripts online, anytime. Or, view your unofficial transcript through My Bethel.

Note: On May 10th, August 10th, and December 10th a "Hold for Grades" or "Hold for Degree" will be placed on current students' transcript orders to prevent the transcript from being sent with missing grades, missing degree awards, and inaccurate GPA calculations. Two weeks after the end of term, when all grades are received, the Registrar's Office will run an end of term process to post the grades, post degree awards, and update the GPA calculation on the transcript. All transcript orders on hold will be released automatically.
