Wilcox leads and oversees academic global operations at Bethel. Working closely with the team at the International and Off-Campus Programs Office, she provides operational oversight for academic study away programs, supports faculty in developing and leading faculty-led programs, and shares expertise in risk and crisis management as it relates to the academic international programs. She is proud to advocate for and serve in building and boldly moving forward quality, inclusive, and accessible study away programming designed for students of any academic discipline, ability, background, or financial means.
