Joel Frederickson, Ph.D.
Associate Dean of Institutional Assessment and Accreditation
Frederickson leads Bethel's assessment strategies of current students and alumni, and manages the institution's accreditation processes. He is also the chair of the Psychology department and Professor of Psychology.

Young oversees the division of natural and behavioral sciences. She is the most recent member of the Academic Affairs team, taking this position August 2016. She had previously taught as Professor of Psychology for the College of Arts & Sciences.
