Pathway to a B.A. in Special Education and a Teaching License

Bethel University and Century College are partnering to provide a pathway from Century’s A.S. in Education to Bethel’s B.A. in Special Education. This will provide a smooth transfer of Century courses to meet Bethel’s program requirements.

Program Highlights

Students will complete 60 credits in introductory and general education courses at Century College before completing the remaining 62 credits of special education courses at Bethel University.

Start by taking the Century College courses that will transfer specifically to Bethel University’s B.A. in Special Education program, along with your chosen electives.

Bethel University enrollment counselors will facilitate your transfer to Bethel.

From your Century College classes through your Bethel B.A. in Special Education courses you will meet all the standards required to apply for a Minnesota special education teaching license in Academic and Behavioral Strategist (ABS).

Follow the Century College to Bethel University Transfer Guide.
