What is eduroam?

Eduroam is the secure way to connect to the WiFi network at Bethel University. Below you will find steps for installing eduroam on your computer and mobile device. eduroam is a service used by several other schools that provides the benefit of allowing users to connect to the internet at any other participating school or university.

Guest Access

Visitors who would like to connect to the internet may use the Bethel-Guest wireless network.

If you are not already using eduroam to connect to the Bethel network, please follow the steps below:

eduroam for Windows and Mac (OSX)

Go to Bethel-Guest and follow instructions to download and install eduroam. Or for more detailed instructions visit our confluence page for Windows or Mac.

eduroam for mobile devices

To download and install eduroam on your mobile phone follow the instructions for iPhones and Androids. Even if you've already set up eduroam on your computer, you'll still need to follow these steps.
