What is eduroam?

Starting late summer, eduroam will be the secure way to connect to the WiFi network at Bethel University. Below you will find steps for installing eduroam on your computer and mobile device. eduroam is a service used by several other schools that provides the benefit of allowing users to connect to the internet at any other particiapting school or university.

What about Bethel WiFi? 

eduroam is replacing Bethel WiFi as the secure way to connect to the Bethel network. Bethel Guest is now an option for vistors to Bethel who would like to connect to the internet.

If you are not already using eduroam to connect to the Bethel network, please follow the steps below:

eduroam for Windows and Mac (OSX)

Go to Bethel-Guest and follow instructions to download and install eduroam. Or for more detailed instructions visit our confluence page for Windows or Mac.

eduroam for mobile devices

To download and install eduroam on your mobile phone follow the insturctions for iphones and androids. Even if you've already set up eduroam on your computer, you'll still need to follow these steps.
