EHS provides training on campus as part of its mission to promote a safe and vibrant culture. We host trainings on:

  • Bloodborne pathogens: Employees and supervisors potentially exposed to blood and body fluids.  
  • Employee right-to-know and hazard communication: Employees routinely exposed to either chemical or physical hazards. Please complete the quiz after reviewing the training material. 
  • Asbestos awarenessEmployees who perform housekeeping operations in areas where asbestos-containing materials (ACM) are present. Please complete the quiz after reviewing the training material. 
  • Fall protection: employees exposed to fall hazards of 6 feet or greater. 
  • Lockout/tagout for authorized employees: building maintenance personnel; mechanics and equipment operators
  • Respiratory protection for mandatory users: employees who are required to wear a respirator
