Bethel identification cards

ID photos may now be submitted online.

ID cards can be picked up from the Safety and Security office (HC103) during our office hours. Residents and incoming new undergraduates can pickup their ID cards from Info Central during Welcome Week.

Graduate, seminary, and remote students can contact us to request their ID be delivered via mail.

The first issued Bethel ID card is provided at no cost to community members.

Printing a replacement ID results in a $10 charge to your Bethel account. Subsequent replacements will carry a $20 charge. 

Card access requests

Access permissions will be assigned upon ID card creation based on your housing status, campus employment, or departmental role. Employees should have their supervisor submit an access request to gain elevated access permissions.
