Why should I study communication?

As a communication studies major, you’ll explore human communication behavior in varying contexts and examine how communication creates, changes, and sustains culture. Students build a foundation of examining human thought and engagement by testing ideas and developing practical skills. Bethel offers the B.A. in Communication Studies with three areas of emphasis—helping you to work toward your unique career aspirations or prepare for graduate study.
