I oversee the housing and dining processes and procedures as well as resident assistant hiring, training, and development.

Best Thing About My Job

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside students and get to know them during their time at Bethel. I also love being a part of so many student leaders' journeys and supporting the Residence Life team.
