Vision Trekk is a trip that takes you outside of your typical work or classroom environment and into a creative, outdoor space.

Each participant is on a team lead by guides toward a common objective or through a series of challenges. Guides observe your team's interaction and dynamics, individual attributes, and characteristics, taking your team on a shared adventure that illuminates individual uniqueness and team dynamics.

What

During Vision Trekk we'll look at:

Assessment-based identification.
The assessments are used not to define you, but to release you.

Guide-influenced reflection and integration.
Instead of one person teaching, a co-ed group of guides will be assisting you as you learn and integrate information.

Dynamic, hand-on experiences.
Life-changing learning occurs not only in the midst of knowledge acquisition, but in experiential challenges and resolutions. These challenges are identified as Trekking Components.
