In past years, each office or department has had the opportunity to plan their own Staff Appreciation Day between May 15th and August 15th, with HR providing $25 per staff employee who participates. Each team has chosen an activity to do together that best meets their needs, interests, and preferences.
We value the opportunity that this day gives teams to bond and spend time with each other outside of normal work. As our current circumstances don’t allow us to get together, we have decided to postpone Staff Appreciation Day this year. We will keep you posted on options for team get-togethers once we are able to reconvene in a face-to-face work environment.
Please feel free to Leah Haiden at l-haiden@bethel.edu if you have any questions.
