Form 1095-C’s were mailed out to employee’s mailing addresses on March 1, 2021. All current and past employees who were benefits-eligible for all or some of 2020 were sent a form. Individuals who participated in Bethel’s Continuation of Benefits Coverage (CBC) Program in 2020 were also sent a form. The form includes information about the health insurance coverage Bethel University offered to you and your qualifying family members. It may assist you in completing your income tax return for 2020.
