Beginning in late summer, employees will have the option to collaborate with their supervisor to design a flexible work arrangement—which could include working from home or working different hours—using the flexible arrangement form. The overarching goal of this framework is to provide as much flexibility as possible while ensuring that we continue to serve our constituencies well.
To allow time for individuals and teams to finalize their plans, the flexible work framework will become official between August 1 and September 30. Additional resources—including virtual sessions on how to lead and work successfully in a flexible environment—will be available in May.
