Accessing Your ThrivePass Member Portal

For employees who have made a 2021 flexible spending account (FSA) election, ThrivePass recently released a new member portal (https://app.thrivepass.com/login) and mobile app. In order to access the portal, you will need to register your account. This is the case even if you previously created an account with ThrivePass’ former member portal. From the new portal you will be able to:

• View your account summary; showing your balance and transactions
• Review your transaction history
• View your election summary of benefits
• Update your address, telephone, dependents
• File a claim online and upload receipts
