Employees are now able to access their 2020 Form W-2 online. All employees can view and print their electronic 2020 Form W-2 via Employee Self-Service Banner, but those who consented to receive only the electronic copy will not receive a paper one in the mail. For step-by-step instructions on how to access your electronic Form W-2, Click Here. Paper Form W-2’s will be mailed on the last business day of January.
Employees who worked for multiple schools within Bethel University during the 2020 calendar year (example: a professor who taught for both CAS and the Seminary) will receive more than one Form W-2. These individuals were contacted separately by the Business Office and given instructions on what they should do when completing their tax forms. Please read these instructions before filing your taxes.
