What you need to know about Rippling
Publication Date - November 05, 2025
Rippling, Bethel's new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), is being implemented and rolled out over the next several months. As a faculty or staff member, you will interact with Rippling often. Everything from payroll, to vacation time, to hiring people, to completing your annual training (and much more) will be handled in Rippling.
This news article will provide initial information about this tool & transition so you can stay up to speed.
What you need to know right now:
- All employees will sign into Rippling the week of November 10 (deadline is November 15)
- This instruction sheet will help you prepare for the sign in process
- You can download the Rippling App and access Rippling tasks from your phone
In December, employees who fill out timesheets, will have additional training provided regarding these topics:
- Clocking in and Clocking out in the app/on your computer
- Requesting time off via the app/computer
- Adjusting your timesheet via the app/computer
OPC will work with your manager to provide this training for you in December.
