Christmas Open House and Decorating Contest Participants
Publication Date - October 29, 2025
Join your colleagues on Tuesday, December 9, from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM to stroll through campus and enjoy delicious festive food and decorations. All employees are invited to visit the participating departments!
Decorating Contest Details:
Our winner will be chosen based on employee votes following the contest. There will be one winner from each of the three office/department size categories:
- 1-5 people
- 6-14 people
- 15+ people
The winning departments will receive a dollar amount to go towards food to celebrate your win!
Participants:
Grab the list of participants and make your way around campus!
Search for Santa Sparrow!
- Look for the SEEN Initiative Santa Sparrow at each office on the competition list.
- Find the sparrow that looks EXACTLY like this one. There are decoys!
- Take a picture of your group with the Santa Sparrow.
- Upload that picture on your Office Decorating Contest Ballot along with the names of those in the photo.
The winners will be entered into a drawing for a prize!

Cast your vote and submit your picture with the Santa Sparrow here by Wednesday, December 10 at 4:30 pm.
