Physician Assistant (M.S.)

The Master of Science in Physician Assistant program is intended to prepare students to take the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) to become a Certified Physician Assistant. This program is accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).

Per the U.S. Department of Education Regulation 34 CFR 668.43 (a) (5) (v), we have determined that our curriculum meets educational requirements for becoming licensed as a Physician Assistant in Minnesota. Please refer to the full list of determinations (Link TBD) regarding all fifty states as well as the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands for anyone wishing to become a U.S. Physician Assistant.

Be sure to check with the appropriate licensing agency in your state to verify requirements prior to beginning any course of study. Check requirements regularly as they may change.  Additional information about Physician Assistant licensure may also be found through organizations such as the the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA).
