What She Does at Bethel

Amanda oversees Monson Dining Center along with Chef Clark and Chef Antione. This includes providing leadership for the dining center, working with a team of chefs and other associates to decide the menus and seasonal specials, making sure that we have enough food in the building, and generally helping wherever needed. She also assists the other managers with technology and other daily needs. She is the keeper of much useful knowledge albeit sometimes random until suddenly she has the answer to a problem.

In Her Free Time

Amanda enjoys sewing blankets and knitting slippers and mittens. She sells many of the things she makes at craft sales throughout the year.

Favorite Food

There are so many things to choose from, but different foods become a favorite depending on the time of day and current situation at hand.
