What She Does at Bethel

Amanda spends her time handling the daily duties in the Sodexo office from finances and human resources to meal plans and answering student's questions. She also assists the other managers with technology and other daily needs. She is the keeper of much useful knowledge albeit sometimes random until suddenly she has the answer to a problem.

In Her Free Time

Amanda enjoys sewing blankets and knitting slippers and mittens. She sells many of the things she makes at craft sales throughout the year.

There are so many things to choose from, but different foods become a favorite depending on the time of day and current situation at hand.
