FT Evening Production Cook

The Evening Production Cook will prepare the evening traditional entree for the main campus dining center. They will also oversee the production for the kitchen, working directly with the chef and sous chef to ensure the quality and appearance of all foods produced in the kitchen. THis position is generally Monday through Friday, but may vary based on business needs.

Daytime Grill Cook - Full Time

The Grill Cook is responsible for setting up, running, and clean up of a made to order grill station running about 75-100 orders per lunch shift. This person is part of a team responsible for the overall operation of our restaurant style grill, serving mostly students and other members of the Bethel community. Generally, this person will work Monday through Friday daytime hours, but will need to be available for larger catering events evenings and weekends as business requires.

Dishwasher - Part Time

Dishwasher will help wash dishes in the back of the house.  This person may also help on serving lines or assist the hot and cold production teams as able.  Generally, this is a flexible daytime position with hours during the breakfast and lunch periods, including weekends, but this person must be able to work nights as needed based on business needs.  This is a great entry level position to learn more about the dining and hospitality industries.
