To receive Form W-2 electronically, you must consent online by Friday, January 8, 2021. All previously made elections will carryover from year to year. Employees who elect to receive their Form W-2 electronically by Friday, January 8 will be able to view and print their Form W-2 online and will not receive a paper version in the mail. Employees who do not consent to receive their Form W-2 electronically will be able to view and print their Form W-2 online but will also receive a copy in the mail. Electronic W-2 Consent elections can be made by following the steps in the Electronic W-2 Consent Instructions PDF.
An e-announcement will be sent when your electronic Form W-2 has been made available for 2020 (sometime before January 31, 2021). Paper W-2's will be mailed out on the last business day of January.
