Effective immediately, staff employees will be allotted up to 24 hours per academic year (prorated based on FTE) to use during regularly scheduled hours for civic engagement and community service. We are excited about the many ways this PTO will be used to positively impact our community while encouraging the passions and growth of Bethel staff.
You can view the policy and procedures as well as examples of how this PTO can be used in the Civic Engagement & Community Service PTO section of the Employee Handbook.
