Bethel's Christmas Open House and Decorating Contest Info and Voting Link

Mark your calendars and get ready for a holiday celebration you won’t want to miss! Join us on Tuesday, December 10, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for our highly anticipated Christmas Open House & Office Decorating Contest! It’s the perfect opportunity to take a festive stroll around campus, enjoy delicious food, marvel at stunning office decorations, and connect with colleagues in the spirit of the season.
What offices are participating?
Registration has closed and we have our final list of participants! On December 10th, make your way to each of the offices participating and be prepared to vote for your favorite decorations.
How will we choose the winners?
Winners will be selected based on employee votes, so make sure to bring your holiday spirit and rally your colleagues. Please take a moment to vote via our 2024 Voting Ballot.
Winners will be chosen in 3 categories:
- 1-5 People
- 6-14 People
- 15+ People
Search for Santa Sparrow
This year we will have an extra contest going on during the Christmas Open House! To participate please read the steps below.
Step 1) Look for the SEEN Initiative Santa Sparrow at each office on the competition list.
Step 2) Find the sparrow that looks EXACTLY like the one below. There are decoys!
Step 3) Take a picture of your group with the Santa Sparrow.
Step 4) Upload that picture on your Office Decorating Contest Ballot along with the names of those in the photo.
Those who find the SEEN Initiative Santa Sparrow will be entered into a drawing to receive a prize!
