Jay has worked in a variety of areas of Food Services from resorts and hotels to restaurants and colleges for over 35 years. He has spent the past 20 years of his career in colleges and universities.

What He Does at Bethel
He oversees a talented management team, over 80 Sodexo associates, and 100 energetic Bethel student employees. He continues to make sure we have an outstanding dining program on campus by emowering all of the members of our team to provide a great experience for our customers and client.
In His Free Time
He likes to spend time outdoors, fishing, hiking and sight seeing. Jay also enjoys time with his family, especially his four sons.
His Favorite Things
His passion is food, learning, educating, and teaching. He finds enjoyment from sharing great food with others.
