Michele has spent 40 years working in food services. She has had experience in many different operations including Lunds, Byerly's, Kraft, Sparta, Coborns, and Ecumen.


BA in Business Management from Bethel University. She is also Serve Safe Certified and has a MN Food Manager Certification.

What She Does at Bethel

Michele is the operations manager. She does a number of tasks in all areas of food service at Bethel. She oversees the retail locations, ensuring that they are staffed properly and have all the product that is needed. She has been instrumental is implementing our new programs at the Anderson Center, such as the On The Spot fresh vending and the Starbucks Serenade Machine. She helps make sure we are running efficiently.

In Her Free Time

She likes to be outside. She enjoys boating and fishing, playing disc golf, going camping. Michele also likes to spend time with her family around the table or a bonfire.

Favorite Food

Michele's favorite food is shrimp, as long as it is not breaded.
