Michele is the production manager for Sodexo at Bethel University. It's her job to ensure that we have the people, processes, and product in place to best serve the Bethel community. She also leads the safety committee for Dining Services.
Michele is married to Craig Hamersma and has two children, Nicole and Derek, and one grandson, Logan. Michele enjoys spending time with her family, biking, camping, and boating. She loves to travel extensively with Craig, they recently visited Alaska.
Michele has had recipes published in cookbooks for her crepes suzette, squash apple bake, and delightful sweet and sour chicken.
