We are committed to the educational development of employees, their spouses, and dependents. Benefits-eligible employees may apply for the tuition benefit by filling out the Tuition Benefit Form each academic year.
Employee, after 9 months of full-time service | 100% |
Spouse/Dependents, after two years full-time service | 65% |
Spouse/Dependents, after three years full-time service | 75% |
Spouse/Dependents, after four years full-time service | 85% |
Spouse/Dependents, after five years full-time service | 95% |
Excluded Programs:
- Some programs are excluded from tuition benefit coverage. These programs include:
- M.S. in Physician Assistant
- M.S. in Medical Sciences
- M.S. in Nurse-Midwifery
- M.A. in Counseling
- Post-Baccalaureate Nursing
- BUILD
- Play Therapy Certificate
Tuition Waiver Exchange Programs:
In addition to Bethel's Tuition Benefit for Bethel University education, three exchange programs expand this benefit beyond Bethel University for undergraduate dependents. For details on these exchange programs, see the Office of the Provost's Tuition Waiver Exchange Programs page.
