2018-2019 Music Scholarship Award Timeline

June 1, 2017 to March 1, 2018

Scholarship application, recommendations, and recordings accepted.

Students may choose to schedule an in-person audition, preferably during Admissions Fall Campus Visit Days. If the Campus Visit dates do not work, please contact the Music Department to schedule the audition. An in-person audition is always in your best interest. It gives the best representation of who you are and what you can do musically. However, we understand there are individual circumstances that prevent some applicants from coming for an in-person audition. If you are unable to come, please submit a (preferably video) recording.

Audition results are mailed to all applicants. Your completed Bethel University Application for Admission must be on file in the Admissions Office.

December 1, 2017

Financial Aid packages are awarded beginning December 1. It is recommended to submit your materials as early as possible.

April 16, 2018

Award acceptance deadline.

May 1, 2018

National Candidate Reply date (date by which all music scholarship awards must be finalized).
